Is it normal to not be able to stay in a relationship?

I cant stay in a relationship for long because i get too bored. Or I just stop liking the person. Dont get me wrong I'd never cheat, its just getting extreamly frustrating. I'm tired of being scared i'll hurt someone by getting in a relationship, but in the end, not being with someone ends up hurting even more. But to top it all off, my bestfriend is in a great relationship with her boyfriend, and it starts to make me feel like im missing something.
Im just wondering if anyone has any advice,

You get bored because the person isn't the right person. When you find the right person, you won't get bored. Actually, you won't be able to get enough of them!lol

i know what you mean. i dont know if i can get married coz i think i'll get bored eventually. im almost thirty and i have been in lots of relationships and some of them i thought 'oh maybe i could marry him' but in the end i get bored. i often meet someone else and lose interest in the last guy.
i guess i still need to find 'the one'. i think if i ever find him, i won't get bored anymore.

  • Start dating men based on their intelligence and personality, instead of their looks and/or income.
