Is it normal to not be able to sneeze?

For the past 2-3 months I would get these urges to sneeze, like any other person. But once the actual sneeze comes all that actually happens is a huge intake of air or a weird noise. The noise isn't a sneeze though.... It's not like the noise people make when they try and hold in a sneeze.... It's just a noise that happens every so often when I can't fully sneeze. I haven't actually sneezed for a couple months now... Is it normal?

    I feel bad for you I love to sneeze and I've been sneezing a lot these past few day.

    I'm afraid you have a serious condition of Bogussneezalitus. It's not rare, you must place yourself in a dusty surrounding for a length of time and let the sneezes commence. You will be fine =)
