Is it normal to not be able to poop after i ejaculate?

After ejaculating I can't poop for a few hours no matter how badly I have to go. I'm pretty sure that my prostate is swollen or the muscles that squeeze my prostate are tight or something, and it blocks my colon. Sometimes I can push a little bit out, but it's quite obvious that it's just whatever poop had already made it past my prostate before I ejaculated. I have casually mentioned it before and people thought I needed to go to a doctor about it.

    I would recommend a doctor's opinion. However, I am much more interested in how you casually mention this.

    "You're going to the store? I can't poop after I ejaculate. By the way, we need milk."

    If you are sure that's happening you may find better medical assistance from a doctor, vs the crazy stuff we say here...

    If you crap immediately after you ejaculate, you can sometimes push something out. But it only works if you jack off on the toilet, like me right now; or chilly dogging your lover.

    I have the same problem. After I ejaculate, it takes a good long while before my muscles can relax enough to let me poop. It's normal. Talk to a doctor if you're concerned, but it's no big deal. Just don't masturbate every time you have to poop.
