Is it normal to not be able to make a decision?

I have been diagnosed as bi-polar recently. It does seem to shed some light as to why I have never been able to stick with anything for very long. I want to do what is best for my family and be a good provider. The burden has been on my wife lately and as much as I want to take it from her, I simply can't decide what to do. It is extremely frustrating for us both. I feel that if I find the right career that I will have a much better chance of sticking with it. She just wants me to get to work doing anything to help out financially.

I would maybe find a job for financial reasons, but continue trying to figure out what you really want to do. Can't just hold out forever, maybe getting a job you know you wont stick with will give you insight or connections that will be helpful towards pursuing a better career.
