Is it normal to not be able to do this?

So, I've never been able to orgasm while sex. Being eaten out, I can, but only because of them rubbing my clit. Even when I masturbate with fingers inside of me, it doesn't work.

Also, when I orgasm, nothing "cums"... Like, just my body feeling good n shaking a bit.
