When I am close to someone really attractive I feel like I can't cope and I just think they are so hot and I get like butterflies and then I want to look at them but I don't want to stare. Is this normal?

Sometimes i find when a girl is so pretty it just makes me smile like a idiot.
Ha! Yeah. I'm envious of people who can pull talking to someone extremely attractive off like it's nothing. I'm usually really social, but everything goes blank when i'm in that type of situation.
It's not normal. This usually only happens when you have low self esteem. Even really hot girls go crazy when they see a hot guy and they loose their mind and can't talk right. Most of the time on close inspection they have low self esteem or self image issues. People are people hot or not. If you treat them as a normal person your chances of being with them skyrocket. Learn to control yourself.
When I went to college, there was this super hot guy and I could not make eye contact when he looked at me :/
I avoid talking to hot women for this reason. I can't hide my attraction or be myself. It's like my instincts to procreate take over.
