Is it normal to not be able to convey my emotions?

Ok. So. I've tried actually everything. But, i just cant seem to love or trust a guy. My ex said he loved me, but i just cant seem to love him back when we were together. That is why we broke up.
So please help me. Is it normal of me to not be able to love?

Everyone can love, you just have some trust issues or insecurities you need to sort out. Perhaps you just haven't found someone who you really feel is worth your love. Don't give up on yourself just yet.

I did this mistake with my first boyfriend, we met up and he seemed interested so I just kinda went with the flow but even though I was inexperienced I felt as if something was missing, maybe you have just been with the wrong people.

Trust me, when you meet someone that's meant for you- You feel it.

Maybe you have a neurological disorder?

Depends on the reason. Were you not compatible or are you unable to form attachments in general?

It could have just been that you weren't compatible with him. I had a boyfriend that I just fell out of love with for no apparent reason. But then I met my husband and I'm still very attached.

It could also be an underlying mental problem. If you've been abused in the past it could affect current relationships. Or it could be you're depressed, being detached is a symptom.
