Ok so whenever i feel like playing with my butt i always check to make sure its clean or i clean it, but sometimes usually when im wearing a plug even when its clean the toy comes out packed full of well unpleasantness, is it just because im backed up in there? Or what? Any suggestions to get a good thorough clean? For it is a huge mood killer.
It might be your diet. If you eat a lot of fiber, you'll get everything out in one go, and you won't have shit canoodling about in your large intestine unless you have to drop the kids off. If your constipated, you'll have semi dry turds hanging out in there all the time, just knocking around like marbles.

I get paranoid about anal too, and the advice of everyone who watches too many pornos is to give yourself an enema. Unfortunately, that can be pretty bad for you if you do it constantly, but once in a while won't hurt.
I find that a healthy diet helps keep things clean enough, but let me know if you find any better tips ; )
Haha will do, and yea i used to give myself regualr enemas but frankly there just not worth it, occasionally there pleasurable rest of the time not so much.
Go to store and get a massengill feminine douche, go home get in shower stick douche nozzle in your ass and squeeze the bottle till its all gone then sit on toilet for 30 minutes till its all gone.
