Is it normal to never let my food touch on my plate?
I complelty flip out when my food touches on my plate or if the sauces or seasonings touch. Is this normal or just overly controlling?

Yes, its normal. I do this too, its also why they invented sectional plates or at least i think so. I hate it though, especially when the rolls get in the corn juice and become soggy.
me too, it has to remain seperated until i swallow it. i dont care if it all goes to the same place, i dont want it touching.
A bit cooky. Certain things I guess shouldn't touch, but if that's the case, use a seperate dish for it. It all goes in the same hole, marinates in your gut then comes out another hole. It won't kill you if noodles touch corn, or whatever the heck ya got on your plate. But whatever man
random fact, almost all serial killers hate their food touching on the plate,... lol this is NOT to say that ALL ppl who hate their food touching are killers :P
Most ppl do that and there are some food that just don't suppose to touch
Normal! Do it all the time. Can't stand flavors mixing together, gotta eat them each at their own time. :D
I hate when my food touches! It ends up in the same place, but the flavors change when they run into each other before they go down. Totally normal. :0)
I say controlling. All the food is going in one mouth so what's the point :)
