Is it normal to never feel turned on by anyone?

I have felt exactly the same as you. Everyone else was talking about who's hot, being all excited about dating, and all I had were vague...I liked to call them 'academic crushes', haha, since it was sort of like personality but I didn't actually want to *date* them.

Then I dated in college, and while I like people, I wasn't all that interested in sex, either. Fun, but I never understood about people talking about being horny or whatever.

And learned there's a word for people like me - asexual! :D I'm not a late bloomer, or "haven't found the right person" or "doing it wrong", I'm just not interested, and that's okay. First you have to decide if you have a normal sex drive...do you ever get wet or your nipples get hard...not evry day but a couple times throughout the month and espcially right before your period..do you have dreams about sex and masturbate..if you never do those things then maybe your sex drive is low..if you sex drive is normal then there is other psychological reasons...

I dont feel any sexual attraction to anyone but I agree when someone is beautiful in appearance I couldnt care less about the other stuff.
