Is it normal to never feel hungry?
I don't know why but I have to make myself eat. I am 26 and have kids, I have high metabolism and weigh about 110 pounds. I have Never went on a "diet" and don't worry about my weight (until I notice it has dropped to much) but I don't ever get "hungry" until I start to get shaky or a gut ache from having nothing in there. Even then I don't want to eat but I make myself eat something just to get rid of the shaky feeling. I feel like eating is a waste of time and I certainly don't have the time to stop and eat 3 to 4 times a day. It is so much easier for me to grab a carnation breakfast drink or an Ensure shake to give me a boost. Im not anorexic, I'm not bulimic (I hate puking), I just simply don't remember to eat and don't enjoy eating. I have seen the Dr. about this many times and they have tried a variety of different medications to simulate an appetite but everything that I have tried just makes me really sick. So is it Normal for me to NOT feel hunger??? Does anyone else have this problem?
