Is it normal to need to pee every time i go out in cold weather?

Hey guys and girls, I just wanted to ask a question regarding whether or not it is normal to need to pee when I'm out in cold weather. Be it rain, gales, snow or sleet, and regardless of if I've been to the loo before I've gone out or not, I always seem to need to pee about five minutes after I've left the house. Is this common for other people too?

    Every time I go out in cold weather, my nose gets runny. Is this normal?

    I'm a healthy man in my 30's, and find it invigorating to pee outside every day. Easy for me, I live in the country. I've been outside pissing this morning, barefooted, and we have 3 inches of snow, and it is 0 degrees F.
