I assume by "moaning family", you mean someone moaning the name of one of their family members while having sex.

That strikes me as a little unusual. It's possibly a sign that the moaner is in the middle of a sexual fantasy about the person named and their inhibitions have been lowered so much by the sensations they're experiencing that they're not aware of what they're saying aloud.

Or it could be something more innocent. Our brains do weird shit during intense sexual pleasure. Some people babble all kinds of crap because of random neurons firing off and it's as meaningless as a dream about a giraffe wearing a tutu and smoking a cigar.

If you're talking about a woman calling the guy they're with "Daddy", that's so common it's a cliché. Some people find that disgusting, some people like it.

Yeh, it freaked me out at first but it's pretty common for girls to say "family" or moan about their family during sex.
