Is it normal to miss/want my foreskin back?

I am a 29 year old male. I have for sometime been researching ways to "re-grow" (stretching devices) my foreskin since I didn't have the option to get rid of it or keep it myself. Is this a normal situation for cut males to want their foreskin back?

And are their many males that are sort of "infatuated" by guys who have foreskin? I say infatuated because I dont believe its short lived...

    Believe it or not thats pretty normal for guys who were circumsised as a baby and are pissed off about it, given they probably now know how the doctors do it and why the forskin is there...
