First, I would make sure visiting this site is legal in your area. Then, if it is, I would look into therapists that deal specifically with sexual disfunctions. If it isn't, I would look into further laws that elaborate what kind of laws psychologists notify authorities over. I imagine this isn't something that would be turned over, but that's the safe way to do it.

I HIGHLY doubt the ISIS situation is gonna have any impact on anyone who is visiting a website that has been allowed to stay on the moderated web. However I do agree with you. Everyone in comments will say he's a sicko yet 20% people vote that its normal. This is an issue I have with a lot of IIN polls and posts. Only the popular opinion is told in the comments.

Just because something feels good doesn't mean one should do it or have the prerogative to do it! What you are doing is wrong and you know it, otherwise you wouldn't be asking us. I advise that you seek help from a mental health professional immediately and do your best to stop looking at the beheading videos. Ideally a person like you ought not to only to be watching that garbage, masturbating, looking at mainstream pornography, or even having unsupervised internet access.
If you harm anyone in anyway, even a fly, I hope they catch you and you NEVER see the light of day again as long as you live! You obviously have very poor impulse control and would most likely make an excellent candidate for chemical castration in conjunction with extensive inpatient therapy.

The problem this could cause is if you want to go do these things in real life. However if you are able to keep it to yourself then you should be fine.
When you say you consider yourself a threat, do you go around attacking people for no reason, or do you beat people who had it coming? If you are going around attacking people for no good reason, then you have a problem, but if it's for something like they stole from you or did something to earn the beating, then it's not too bad.
You need to keep your behavior in check or you could end up in prison. Jacking off to snuff videos wont cause too much problem if you are able to keep it to yourself, but the problem with jacking off to stuff is most people end up wanting to do what they see after a while.
Sexual gratification from violence? Neva heard of it. There are others like you but they're in jail or en route to becoming a serial killer.
