I dont do so EVERY day.. just like... 4 or 5 out of the 7 in a week. but like, three times a day. I'm a female and I just want to know if this qualifies as an addiction..

    I think you're fine. Addiction is when it's compulsive and interfering with your life. You do it more often than most women I know, but so what? There will be women out there who do it less often too. Enjoy yourself and don't worry.
