      You simply get a retrograde orgasm. This means the semen flows between the outside surface of the catheter and the urethra. Some might flow into your bladder, but it doesn't matter.

      I store them in 91% isopropyl alcohol, put a latex glove on one hand, and swab iodine on the tip of the penis. A nurse showed me the correct procedure.
