I'm a male in my late 20's and I can't help, but to masturbate at least 6-7 times or even more through out the day. I am a very sexual person and I can't stop thinking about sex or sexual thoughts especially when I'm out in public. I could be walking down the street like normal and If I saw an attractive person I would suddenly get the urge to masturbate right then and there. There has been times that I had to run back to my car just to jack off. One time I was in the library and got so horny I rubbed one out between the home living and gardening isle. I can't make it stop, the urge of masturbating just clogs my mind and I can't concentrate on anything else unless I orgasm. I'm to the point that I'm even jerking off in church, it can literally be anywhere, I even hid under some cardboard boxes in a alley once to masturbate. I don't know if this is normal or not?

    You can be addicted to Wanking its not heathy if its your first & last thought every day. You could damage yourself emotionally and any future relationships you may have.

    If masturbation is interfering with your life then you're doing it too much and need to cut back/seek help.

    It has been an issue for every single relationship i had. I masturbate so much that by the end of the day I cant get it up to have sex. I was up to 12-14 times a day but i have cut back so i do it now like 8 times at the most.
