Is it normal to masturbate all the time?

All the days, I feel the need of masturbate at least one time, but this became a problem recently.
I masturbate more than five times during the day, and I've been feeling a little bit of pain on my tummy, which has gotten worse. I might have exaggerated but I can't stop this addiction. This urge of feeling something penetrating me is hard to control and when I start I can't interrupt. I tried to stop but I couldn't handle for more than two days. Is it normal to do this even when feeling pain? What happens when starts to hurt and how can I stop?

When you have an orgasm, you cause the muscles around your uterus to contract (among others). The pain you are feeling (much like a mild period pain) is just the muscles (which normally don't get used a lot unless you are giving birth) reacting to "having a workout" as it were.

Like any other muscle, the more you exercise it, the stronger it is. So, the more orgasms you have, the stronger these muscles will get, and the less likely it is you will get "tummy pain". Of course, initially the muscles will be getting stronger too - so the endurance gains may not be apparent.

Suggestions? If you are enjoying it, don't stop. The lower abdominal pains will eventually disappear, and you will be able to orgasm 5,10, or any other amount of times a day without a problem. There is no reason not to, and quite a few reasons you should masterbate regularly (except possibly in the first trimester of pregnancy - but there isn't even any solid evidence on that).

    • Wow thanks! I didn't knew such thing.
So, I guess I should continue, even if it hurts a little bit. Because I was afraid, I stopped doing it, this would be the worst case scenario.

Is this you again LundaiCocoaDelight20? I feel sure I answered this with some informative anatomical knowledge before. Obviously you don't want information, just attention.

P.S. If I'm wrong and this is someone with a serious question, let me know and I'll answer.

    • No, I'm not Lundai.
I really want to know what happens when it hurts or something like that and how can I stop.
What did you said to her (or him, idk)?

Your muscles are sore because they do not get enough of a work out. Buy a yoni egg. Start large work your way down to a smaller size.

Not sure how to tell you to stop but it sounds like a addiction maybe talk to your doctor.

    • Well, this is rough. I never talk about sexuality so openly to people. It will be difficult to say to the doctor what is going on.

Doctors really don't care they've probly seen things far more unusual than what you described. If your embarrassed I get that but it comes down to whether or not you want to get help or are content to suffer. Its your choice but if you won't try to get help you don't have any room to complain. Or you aren't taking it serious as a problem.
