Well about 2 years ago when my addiction to porn got bad ( I am over it now ) I use to get up in the middle of the night to go on the computer to look at porn but when I stopped ( I went to therapy for that is how I got over it ) I started to dream about girls and sometimes my girlfriend that we r have sex and sometimes I wake up and catch myself masturbating is that normal ? Or should I get help ? What do I do?

    yeah it happens to me when i have sexy dreams. i wake up playing with myself so i finish off and go back to sleep.
