    In case this is serious (yeah...), a few answers.

    Firstly, google masturbation and read the articles that come up. Secondly, not all women squirt or can squirt, I find having an orgasm much more important. No, it won't affect your sex life.

    But honestly, you sound quite young, stick to being young and worry about adult things later.
