Is it normal to make out with my eyes open?

From time to time, guys comment that I make out with my eyes open. This seems unsettling to some of them. Is this a hang up on their part, or my weird behavior?

    It's kind of creepy.
    And it also sort of conveys that you're not that into what they're doing/preoccupied by something, possibly something on their face.

    Yeah, it's not normal.
    It's really creepy and intense at the same time. While you're making out you should be thinking about the moment, not staring at the person's face from a 1-inch distance...

    I like looking at my girlfriend while we make out. This makes her even more hot. Seeing her make out with me.
    For me it's ok. Some people find it creepy, but whatever

    It really turns me on when me and my boyfriend are making out with our eyes open! For sex it is horny! But for romantic kissing you should close ur eyes!

      I do too. And sometimes i close them , i feel no difference, i think its normal
