Is it normal to make a joke of my friends nipples and play with them?

My Friend (male) have some kind of a pointy nipples, me and my other friends (male) keep make jokes of them and keep touching them just for fun (no gay attention), we all laugh about it and have fun.
Is it normal and ok to do this?or its kinda gay and weird?

    1. That's not funny.
    2. Pointy nipples can sometimes be caused by coldness in temperature and arousal. If he is arouse by the touch and the comments that does not make him gay. The nipples are in the Erogenous Zone, so it's only normal for them to be stiffened. If he is aroused by the jokes, he could be a bit of a masochist. Do not make fun of him for this. In a way, it's partially you and your other friends fault because would have never occurred if you hadn't been "massaging" his nipples.
