Is it normal to make a groaning sound in your sleep.?

Is it normal when am just about to dose of to make a squeeky sound? It just happens once every night. I wake up from the sound. Anyone got the same experiences.?

    Ya my dad use to snore him self awake...Or gargle himself awake... Arms swinging the air... Say some hubba mumbles and fall back asleep.....

    I'm usually too busy sleeping. Loads of people makes noises when they're sleeping, although I don't know what causes squeekiness.
