sometimes, my daughter love making a dress with a trash bag and wearing this trash bag dress on her. She finds this funny to make this. Is it normal ?
Normal if she lives in a cardboard box.
Also normal if she's six years old.
If she's significantly older than that, it would also be normal if she has a vinyl fetish and a very tight budget.

We have a ten year-old daughter, and it's the sort of thing she might have done if the idea had ever occurred to her.
As long as kids are aware of the potential dangers of plastic bags, there's obviously no harm in it.
If ours had ever done this, we would have got some white trash bags so she could use Sharpies to embellish her creation.
The one concern I had was the safety of it. But, OP, that's almost Project Runway! Your daughter sounds lovely and creative. I'd love to see her trash bag creations!!! Really! :D

common is just a little kid is normaaaal, when we were little we crazy as fk, she is just doing it as a game or something kind of like that, don´t worry.
