I am busy and I love to have some space when I am in relationship. I looove long distance relationship because missing somebody is the best feeling ever to me :) The excitement to see each other, planning and counting days til the day we meet again... Is it normal to prefer long distance relationship instead of seeing each other everyday?
Nope not normal. You have some emotional issues you need to workout. Are your parents divorced or was your father abusive? No offense but you need to seek out a counselor and address this before youre 45 and alone and nobody wants you.
As Lockets says, this suits some people. I've had long distance relationships myself and they weren't unsuccessful. It's just hard sometimes to always wake up to an empty bed or to go to the cinema on your own or to want a cuddle and there's no-one there.
If it suits you both, and you both trust eachother, then yes. But what if he/she is cheating on you? You may never know at a long distance.
if you prefer to have your own space then sure, why not. we all need privacy and space in any relationship. some people just go to the pub with their mates, you prefer to have long distance relationships. as long as it works for both of you.
