I am falling for a poster on IIN. I think she is japanese, she makes a few spelling errors but for someone learning english she should be proud. She is sweet to others and has good advice. Please don't tell me I'm crazy cause I know this already. You wont guess who but my feelings are strong for her. should I tell her?

It is probably normal. It is obvious that many young people here crush hard on other users. Mostly it is the same person then drama ensues when they all start competing for the attention of that one person. Everyone seems to want to outdo each other in personal awesomeness, that much is evident from the comments alone.
