Is it normal to lose your appetite for months at a time?

I still eat some and I still get cravings, but I'm not hungry like I used to be. I don't check my weight, but I noticed that my stomach has slimmed down to even more than normal, I'm already skinny. None of this was intentional. I don't know if it's healthy to eat one, one and a half meals a day, especially for someone my age (I'm a teenager.) I guess I'm just not hungry lately.

Become a breatharian. That way you can starve yourself to death and feel a sense of accomplishment.

I thought you were taking the piss with the breatharian thing until I googled it. This world we inhabit is becoming stranger by the day.

I thought the same thing when I heard about it.

    • I'm not trying to starve myself, I just noticed I'm eating a lot less. And yeah, my spiritual hippie grandma wanted to try that. Just fucked up.

Anxiety can really kill one's appetite.
