Is it normal to lose 10-15 pounds without trying?

I'm 5'3" (female) and I've always been on the bigger side of average in terms of weight/BMI. But recently over the past few months, I've noticed that I have started to lose weight despite not making any lifestyle changes. In september, I weighed around 125 pounds, and my scale this morning (December 15) read 110! This wouldn't normally be a huge concern for me, and I still look relatively healthy, but the problem is that I don't know how to stop. If anyone can give an explanation of how this might have started and/or a potential solution, I would hugely appreciate it!

Your body weight probably fluctuates easily...I'm the same way.

See your doctor, could be a serious problem. Or maybe your scale is defective?
