Is it normal to loose half a stone [[7lbs]] in two days for no reason.

Don't go by what your scales say on a day-to-day basis. Weight does fluctuate to some extent. If you write down the weight your scales say daily and work out the average your weight has been for the entire week then, on a week-by-week basis, you will actually get a picture of how your weight is changing.
Have you ever noticed that you put on at least 5lbs after flying on a plane?!
Wow, a 7lb dump! I've never heard of such a large BM!!! Did you have to buy a new toilet afterwards?
Use measurement tape around yoor waist & thighs etc then yoo will have a more accurate reading x
