There is this guy that I really really like and I thought he was starting to like me until his FB realationship status changed to in a realationship with this girl and now I don't think I'll ever have a chance with him

    It is not normal to misspell one of the easiest words. It is spelled LOSE not loose. Get and education and come back when you can spell.

    Yes, you can. In fact, you can lose hope in anyone. You shouldn't assume someone likes you anyway, that's something you should sort of ask them about first.
