Is it normal to look too young?

I just turned 19 in January, but when I keep a clean shave, everyone thinks I'm 15 or 16, and that i sound like I am 14 when Im talking to people on my ps3. But when i grow my beard out I look like I'm 20-21. But I don't like people thinking im too old or that young, when I was in high school, I couldn't even get asked out because chicks thought I was a freshman all 4 years! Is that normal? And any tips?

    I find it annoying when they say sweetie haha, an I always get asked how school is going.

    Everyone thinks I look at least 5 years younger than my actual age. I don't really like it now, but I'm sure we won't mind when we're 50 and all our friends look old. :)

    dude don't worry, i used to look REALLY young when i was your age.
    the up side of looking young is there's better chance we will remain looking relatively young as we get older.
    trust me, chicks are gonna love that.

    if it makes you feel any better, i started getting my first pubes when i was like 14 or 15.

    I'm 21 and get told I look 16. I even got turned down at a bar cause they thought my id was fake

    People have always thought I was younger than I really am.

    After a visit to my doctor last Thursday, the check-out nurse asked me if I needed a school note and called me "sweetie".

    I'm 22 and everyone confuses me for 15.

    I know 26 year olds who look 12, lol. They don't even accept the IDs sometimes.
