I have been going blind from when I was really little. I did not wear them a lot till I was older and now I can not see anything without them. Anyways people tell me I look awful without them. I thought people generally thought people looked better without glasses.
If people see you all the time with glasses, they get used to that image, and it looks weird when you take them off.
Speaking from personal experience (I wear glasses), years of wearing glasses has an impact on the skin that's directly underneath the lenses. When people who usually wear glasses take them off, it's easy to see dark bags or loose skin under their eyes. And it's hard to say exactly what, but something seems off in the appearance of someone not wearing glasses (who usually does). Usually I can tell when someone wears glasses just by looking at their face, because the skin underneath the eyes never lies
It's normal. I think part of the awful factor comes from the fact that people have gotten so used to you wearing glasses that when you do take them off they find themselves preferring them on. I have worn glasses since I was very young. When I was younger my peers seemed to be obsessed with seeing me take off my glasses or trying immature eye tests when I had them off. I can't remember exactly but some said that I looked better with them on while others said that I looked better without and that I needed to get contacts. I never did, though.
I know a lot of people who look better with glasses.
However, I'm not one of those people, so I don't wear mine haha

You know how expensive that is you moron? We are not all made of money. You might be rich as fuck but the rest of us arent so lucky. Not to mention laser surgery sometimes doesn't work and just makes the person more blind. Why when you sign for the surgery you sign a little paper saying you wont sue if they fuck it up.
