Is it normal to look at the clock at 9:11

I always see it ar 9:11 too.

Ohy fucking god me too! Whenever I see it I yell "look it's 9:11" and my family is like " what's wrong with you?"

But if you want, I could tell you that the terrorists responsible send out alpha brain waves at precisely the time 9:11 everyday, which makes you feel bored, forcing you to look at the time.

Or you could just accept this:
You see the time 11:32 or 08:22 just as much as 9:11. The difference is when you see '9:11' you make a stronger mental note of it than when you see an arbitrary time, which you soon forget.
Your daily schedule could also be to blame.

This happens to me a lot. I'll see 9:11 AM 2 or 3 days in a row, but that's most likely because that is when I'm usually trying to get to work, so I'm paying particular attention to the clock around that time.

Of course, on the other hand, I would probably still be just as freaked out if I saw 9:10 AM 3 days in a row.

Seeing 9:11 on the clock just reminds me of the day that really started opening my eyes to the reality of the world. It's taken 10 years for me to come to grips with the mistakes that have been made over the past 100 years, but I finally feel like I have made the appropriate changes to deal with those mistakes.

I'll give you guys a hint: Don't trust paper.

Note of that particular time for some reason, even though youve seen multiple times. This one stands out, so you can't remember seeing it multiple days in a row.
Also, if you generally eat (you probably don't, but let's assume) at 9:30, by 9:11 you'd be peckish thus checking the time.
