When I am at school, I look at girls and stuff, but my eyes always seem drawn their chest and I am wondering if this is normal behavior or I am a pervert.

My breasts started to grow in third grade. At first I thought that I was freak because none of my girlfriends had any. By fifth grade they were DD and now even the teachers tried to look down by blouse at my breasts. My male teachers had me stay after school and help them clean up the rooms for the next day. That is when I learned that short skirts with no panties and loose tops with no bra could get me an A in all of my subjects.
