Is it normal to live such a healthy lifestyle?
Ok so I love training like an animal and I eat every 2-3 hours for about 7-10 times a day. My meals consist of small meals centered around 40% carbs, 40% protein, and 20% fat. I always eat from my house and I cook my own food. I never eat from any fast food or similiar restataunts. I also take a lot of supplements. Some people call it a diet, I call it a lifestyle. I have never met anyone like me but I do know in the bodybuilding community that many people live this lifestyle. Is it normal?
