Is it normal to like womens look but be affraid of any kind of contact

Hi, im 22 years old by now, and so far i never have kissed a girl/woman in my life, telling truth i honestly prefer just to look but avoid any kind of physical contact, a hand shake etc, but nothing more. No touching. And i definietly do not like to talk to girl. I must add that im not a gay, i love women's look, their curves gets me horny, but i wouldn't like to get into kind of close relationship. So heres my question, Is it normal?
