I think Guojing Ming is seriously good-looking, but a friend of mine keeps saying that he looks feminine and womanly. I was just wondering if you liked womanly men and if you find him good-looking.

A lot of girls prefer men with more feminine features. It's normal. I don't find feminine-looking men attractive myself, but that's just me.
Guojing Ming doesn't necessarily look feminine as much as he looks very youthful and boyish. I think it's extremely unfair to dismiss someone's attraction to a man who looks that way as lesbianism or "just a phase".
The best types of people tend to be the ones with a mix of the two types, masculine and feminine, in my opinion.

My sister always dated very feminine men.. who were almost openly gay (why they dated women, im not sure). Anyways... she is now in a serious relationship with a woman. My thinking is she was attracted to the feminine men because she was actually into girls. Maybe your situation is different im not sure

Totally normal. I agree with you that guys with feminine features can look very attractive. Have you seen Gackt? That guy is proof that God plays favorites. But jokes aside he is very feminine looking but looks very nice. You like what you like, and that's your own business, so long as it's not illegal.

It's normal in the sense that other people are like that too. But in terms of nature, and what women have evolved to like, no, it's not normal.
There's actually a test, it shows side by side pictures. On one side there's a woman's natural face, and the other side is a very subtle photoshop of the same face, giving it more masculine features. You vote on which you find more attractive, and most men choose the natural feminine face, over the more masculine one. It is such a subtle difference most people wouldn't be able to tell, which is good because it makes your answers come from from your subconscious.
Since I'm a male I took the version aimed at men, but they had the same for females with the opposite. Masculine faces, sided next the same face with subtle photoshop to give it more feminine features. Most women choose the masculine face over the feminine.
So it's normal in the sense that you and like 15% of women prefer feminine faces, but you're in the minority.
