Is it normal to like wearing raincoats

I love to wear plastic dresses, particularly with a floor length skirt. Most of the PVC dresses available are lined PVC dresses, aside from PVC-U-Like and a few others, but I love pure unlined PVC and other kinds of plastic in general, as long as it's smooth, soft and very shiny. I also love wearing PVC raincoats with nothing underneath aside from matching PVC undergarments. Wearing nothing but a plastic dress or raincoat with plastic undergarment feels like a security blanket to me while I get deep pleasure wearing them. Outsiders would wonder how I can stand wearing such sticky, sweaty material, especially that I wear nothing underneath (aside occasionally matching plastic or PVC undergarment). That's what I love about wearing plastic. The sticky, sweaty feel is my favorite part of wearing plastic, along with the smooth, glossy feel.

I have had a very long fetish for raincoats.
But different from others who are into pvc and other shiny materials, I have a desire to wear cloth type rainwear, the classic London fog type raincoat and trench coat.
I like to wear one outdoors and indoors.
A very VERY unique fetish as I have yet to find anyone in person or online who shares this interest.

Until a couple of years ago I thought I was the only person who loved to wear pvc raincoats but I know I'm not.It is probably a fetish.I am prepared to go out wearing pvc,but enjoy wearing raincoats inside, and have worn them in bed too! I have to admit I would find it difficult to admit my fetish to a girl,but hope one would understand and we could have fun together wearing shiny pvc raincoats.

Yeah It's normal. Some of us are just wired to be different. It isn't a crime, it is just being different.
You are not terribly different and I know what you mean.
I have liked PVC since I was a toddler. My mother has said that I would tear bits off of my diaper and rub my skin with them. I liked and still do like how it feels on my skin. I don't know why.
Later on, when I was a kid from about the age of 5 or 6, I too liked wearing raincoats. I don't know why, I just did.
Growing up, PVC became is something that I like for multiple reasons including fetish. I will admit it. It is okay to have fetishes.
That having been said, it is hard to find people willing to talk about it outside of the fetish sense.
Why?
Well I guess that those who like how it feels for non-fetish reasons are worried that they will be thrown into the same class as those who do. For people who have more straight-laced lives or put up the illusions of a straight-laced life, they do not want people to know about their private lives. I know this because I went through this very same thing when I found out I was a furry.

I'm the same with rainboots. I wear the all the time, a lot of people find it strange considering I live in Arizona and it hardly rains here!
