Is it normal to like to stay in cold wet clothes?

I get aroused in wet clothes. Everytime it rains, I purposefully get outside and stay there as long as possible. When it's not raining, I get wet under the shower.. (usually during winter)

After getting my clothes wet, I further like to stay in cold atmosphere and shiver as long as possible. I take ice cold water (or reasonably cold) from my freezer to get myself colder and wetter. I usually prefer stay out in rains for long durations (like the whole night) and enjoy the whole night. Heavier it rains, better it is for me. After a while if I feel like getting crazy, despite having stood in a very heavy rain for hours, I get more cold water bottles and get more wet. When shivering gets very uncontrollable (after maybe 6-8 hrs. Sometimes it's even longer), I remove my wet clothes and dry off, have a hot bath, and then have a good sound sleep.

I also have a thing towards people (of opposite gender, obviously) who love to stay the same (I don't know if there are any). I know there are pluviophiles but this feels very extreme and rare.. I do it regardless since I enjoy it. It is my insatiable wish.. Although, I can control myself and live without doing so. I just don't want to.

I have been going crazy like this for the past 8-10 years and I've always liked being in wet clothes since childhood. I live in a tropical country where there are sufficient rains during the season. Rainy days typically have a temperature of 15-20°C here and 8-10°C during winter. I have never experienced hypothermia due to this. I do not even suffer from fever by doing so. Rarely I get a headache and refrain from this process only then. I don't even remember the last time I got sick by doing this.. And I have absolutely no idea how.

Personally a cold, windy and rainy night is the most enjoyable.. The very thought of romance in rain, kissing & hugging in rain, or having sex in rain gives me chills..
