My boyfriend & I have been dating a little less than a year and over this time I have become super close with my boyfriend's mom. She gives me advice and we talk. Is it normal to like to spend time with her?

    Yes it's normal! I have social cocktails with my bf's mom :) we enjoy each other's company, so be glad that you do. Some future MIL's can be awful

    You might feel better talking to her because you know her, you dont feel insecure talking to her. Bottom line she is like a great friend to you.
