Is it normal to like to sing out loud in public?

i know people look at me like " whats her problem" but i dont care. is it normal? i love to sing and i want to be a sing so i think " mayby ill get discovered that way" but is it normal to be like that cuz alot of my freinds are really shy? and do you have a better way to help me be discovered?

    The chances of someone "discovering" you when you're randomly singing out loud in public... yeah, they are slim. Unless you're up on stage at, like, the bowling alley or sitting in front of McDonalds 24/7 or something. Find a bar/venue/something that does open-mic night in your area. If you can't find one, suggest it to the managers.
    If you're just a happy person and start singing, yeah, that's normal. I do it all the time.
