Is it normal to like to be in relationship with a elder girl?

I am 23. My last relationship was with a girl who is elder than me by 3 years. Our relationship was great, actually i would say the best. It lasted for around 2 and half years. We had Total understanding of each other's thoughts and everything that is in a relationship. Now she got married and i feel that i can be comfortable with elder girls only. If a girl is younger than me or of my age i did not pay that much attention but if she is elder than me i get interested.
Is it normal??? if not please suggest me what should i do??

    I think this makes a big difference as a younger adult (20s) because 3 years is more experience relative to where you are so I appreciate the attraction. Also, because there are a lot who just aren't into deeper relationships, its nice to be with someone who is, and more likely, has the ability.

      We have a concept here in India, a person whose age is more than your is called elder person and the one whose age is less is considered as younger..
      So Elder or Older doesn't make much of a difference in my opinion...
