So I was dating this guy not too long ago and I broke up with him because I didn't think it was fair for me to like him if I was not going to show affection and when he shows I would tell him it is awkward. I am not an affectionate person but almost everyone who has a relationship is somewhat affectionate but I don't do that at all and I am confused whether I like him or not. Because is it just me that I don't like affection and I truly like him or is it that I don't like him enough that I don't show affection??

    Hmm well I do rlly like him n I do know reasons why but I couldn't show my affection and also I feel sad about dumping him n kinda miss him but I know I can pass this phase soon

    I was in the same kinda relationship a couple weeks ago, and i'm now starting to realize that i didn't like him enough to show affection the way he was showing me affection; I tried to make things work, but it's just that the feelings weren't there and it's pointless to lead someone on if you don't feel the same.
    maybe it's the guy? Cause thinking about it now, there was nothing really specific I liked about this guy .. so, think about what you actually find attractive about this guy .. like, not just appearance wise*

    There's many different types of affection, for instance, giving a gift vs hugging and cuddling. You just have to find what kind of affection your comfortable giving.
