I met someone who looks, dresses, and acts so much like my ex who i once loved. is it weird that maybe the reason i like her is because of that?
I don't think you can necessarily help that. Its in human programming to seek comfort. You see this girl, and you're reminded of your ex. I'm assuming not all things were bad with your ex, so you subconsciously recall all the good times and your love for your ex, and sorta put it on this new girl. I'd say your're completely normal.
No it is not weird but don't date her because you don't like her for her; you like her because she looks like your ex... and that hardly ever ends well!
noo i like her for her but im gonna be honest the reason i talked to her at first was because she was so attractive in the sense she made me recall good memories with my ex. idk why but i have this horrible preference to like brunettes with blue eyes. is such a specific preference weird?
Everyone has a certain *type* of person they tend to like. Personally for me I love men with muscles, it may sound wrong but I don't think I can date someone who does not have muscles. But If this girls finds out that you like her because she reminds of you ex... Well, let's say she will not be toooo happy ... How would you feel if the tables were turned?
