I like girls my age and a little younger. But I feel attraction to young boys, like preteen age.(9-14) I think that preteens are cuter, having less or no hair and smaller pubes. I know it's illegal to view child pornography, but is it normal to have these feelings? I'm 18, so liking preteen boys would not be anywhere near as bad as if I was in my 40s.
Regarding the "get help" advice, I suppose this is generally assumed to mean seeing a shrink, but considering the abysmal state of mental health confidentiality laws in some countries (like the US), I don't know if I could honestly recommend that.
I've heard there are online support groups. I don't know much about them but that might be something to look into.
It is pretty much just a fetish like every else. As long as you don't act upon it, you're fine.

I don't think there's anything wrong per se with having feelings like this, but for the love of god, don't act on them.
Is it normal, you ask? A while back I would have said absolutely not; these days I'm simply not so sure.
But there's one thing about your statement that stands out to me; that's the claim that you like boys. That alone makes it much less "normal" than it would be otherwise, as it seems like practically all the other admitted pedophiles who have spoken out on this site (QUITE a few people, I'll have you know) are girl-lovers.
There are certain aspects of one's identity that cannot be controlled or chosen. This is one of them. However, whether you live your life as a positive force or a negative one is up to you and you alone. Your orientation alone does not make you bad person, but what you do with it very well may. Stop and think, and choose wisely.
I really can't understand your disbelief there are pedophiles who are into boys.
It's based on what I've seen relating to the matter; the massive amount of anecdotal evidence, including what I've gleaned from this very site.
With that said, an important point: Surely you've noticed that it seems like the vast majority of boy-lovers we hear about are known for chasing "children" of around 15 years old or so. In that case, they're NOT actually pedophiles.
The definition of a true, genuine, literal pedophile is one with an affinity for those who are physically children. It seems like all those who meet that criteria are girl-lovers. Don't ask why, because I don't know.
I have known three men who had varying degrees of experiences (for lack of a better word) with sexual abuse as preteens. I have known no females, other than speculation about what may have happened to my grandmother and/or her sister. Doesn't mean I'm incredulous to the idea that females experience this abuse as well as males.

is it abnormal for a man age 25 to marry someone 20? My family knows a lot of people with an age difference of up to 10 years. with me, it is only about 5 years difference. I agree, if I was 40 or 85, that would be sick.
I said preteen because 9,10,11,12 are considered preteen, only 13 and 14 are teen.
Smaller genitals and less hair.
