Is it normal to like plants more than humans?

I have thought of this question but have never dared to ask IRL.

I see humans as untrustworthy, evil and they never bring me joy.

Plants on the other hand are also living things, but they do not hurt me nor lie. Therefore, I enjoy watching them and they give me happiness because they are so guiltless.

Normal I suppose but even plants can be cruel, not intentionally of course.

Yes, plants can't judge you plus they are a great hobby.

Plants never lied to you because they don't know how to talk yet.
Trust me, if those fuckers possessed the ability, they would lie ALL DAY.
Plants will never turn over a new leaf. They're shady as hell.. and I hear that a lot of them soil themselves on a regular basis.
They are the root of all evil and we should kick them.
    Bloody arseholes.

Eh maybe a little off but you aren't hurting anyone.
I like animals more than people sometimes.
Mostly because I think about it this way...
People can be evil. They can choose to do bad things. To hurt others.
Animals cannot be evil. Sure, they kill other animals or people. But it's all instinct. They don't have the mental capacity to be evil.

Indeed. There is also beneficial bacteria in the soil that promotes the release of serotonin. Yay!

The likability of humans keeps plummeting.

First people asked: "IIN I don't like people that much?"
Then: "IIN I like animals more than people?"

    Now it's plants.

What is next? "IIN I like soil more than people?"

I voted normal, by the way.

It's normal, as long as you don't boycott humans altogether. And realize that plants/animals will never let you down and will make you feel "emotionally safe" (which might be happiness for some people) but they will also never be able to make you as happy as what humans are capable of. And this is coming from someone who too likes something (animals) more than humans.

I love plants, but not more than people...although I seem to enjoy their company more often than human company.
