Is it normal to like my teacher

I'm a teenage girl and I like my teacher. My teacher is a gal and is married with one daughter. No, I am not lesbian, ew. lol. So well I'm always excited for school when I see her, and I don't know why. I just like to know she's there. I followed her on instagram, which was weird for me at first tbh cuz no students really follow their teachers... But she's a first grade teacher. And well, she's just like my role model. It's probably the way that she just loves her family so much, and I look up to her as if she was my mom, and recently, it just seems as if my mom doesn't really care about me at all...
