Is it normal to like my stepsister?

Hi guys, I just came across this site and wanted to ask you guys a question I've been dwelling on for a while now. My dad just got together with a woman after being divorced for many years, and him and this woman have been together for about one year now. And for about 8-10 months out of that year, her and her daughter have been living with us. Though my dad and this woman are not married, we all consider each other family -- and thus I consider her daughter my stepsister and vise versa. Here's the thing though: I feel like I might be in love with her, her name is Chandra.

Ever since I first saw her, I've thought she's absolutely beautiful, and when she started living with me, I grew attached to her personality as well. She funny, nice, caring, and every other cliche word you can come up with to describe a girl you like. Sometimes (though not as much anymore), her and I would hang out in her room and just screw around; like watch a movie, browse the internet, etc. And a midst all that, I began to develop feelings for her. I have an eerie feeling that she likes me too though.

Sometimes like at the movies or on long car trips, she'll lean on me, lay her legs or head on my lap, etc. Or hell, even just if I'm on the same couch as her and she wants to lay down. When she first started living with us, she would wake me up by jumping on me, laying on me, etc. Or I remember one time recently when she was really sad, and I was pretty much passed out on my bed, she came in and just laid down on my chest; when I woke up I was kind of confused, and then I saw her crying, so I gave her a hug. Also, last summer I went about 800 miles away to visit some family for around a month and a half; during that time she would constantly message me telling me she misses me, and when I came back, she gave me an enormous hug.

Anyway guys, I've sort of been rambling, sorry about that. I just wanted to explain everything so it would be easier to understand my situation. She just turned 16 about 6 months ago, and I will be 16 in about 2 and a half months; and we're both in the same grade, same school (obviously), etc. Thanks for reading, and an extra thanks to those who vote, and even more thanks to those who reply with some insight.

    In my opinion it wouldn't be normal to be living in the same household with a girl your age and not start to have some kind of feelings for her, be it love or hate, or a little bit of both.

    (So in other words: Yes it's pretty normal)

    That sounds like a dream come true. Go for it, but use a condom every time. Don't get her pregnant, dude.

    I would say the same thing "NastyDoctor" (ew) said .. It's unrealistic to not grow some sort of romantic feelings with someone who is the same age and opposite sex(if that's what you're into). However I would not act upon it, you're 16 and most likely just horny, I would just wait it out honestly. It's not worth making it awkward for your parents if its just a temporary attraction.
