Is it normal to like gloomy weather?
It seems as if every time somebody learns that I prefer gloomy weather to sunny weather, people call me "emo" or "depressed". Is it normal to like that type of weather? Because it seems as if I'm one of the few.

To me the perfect day is very cloudy dark gray sky. Cool crisp air about 55° with a hint of a mist...not enough to get you wet, or use wipers in your car, but just the kind where you feel it every so often.
No probs! Rain is my favorite weather of all of them! It's so refreshing and dark. It's like a brand new start. I love it!
I love gloomy weather to no end, I love winter and autumn, heavy rain, dark sky, cold and heavy snow, but of course, I'm inside a warm house looking out!
I'm not emo or anything like that, I'm just different, I also don't like chocolate.
I like sunny days too, very much even, I love lazing about in my garden on a sunny day, having breakfast and dinner there.
But I have to say that I much prefer gloomy days.
I love gloomy weather too.
Nothing like a big raging thunderstorm.
Love to see lightning fork across the dark clouds and the boom of the thunder that follows. You might even get hail as an added bonus.
Yeah, I love all weather, including massive rainstorms, overcast skies, hot sun and heavy winds. The weather's got nothing to do with it- You could just be emo (or a vampire) :P
Not at all weird. I love me some gray skies and somber rain. If your rain inside while it's going on, listen to Clint Mansell's "The Last Man". Brilliant song.
Cheers.
Can't stand it myself. Actual rain is another matter, but days where the sun just never comes out are my least favorite. It feels like time isn't passing.
